At Millennium Coffee Roasters, we roast our coffee beans daily to ensure that your cup is fresh by the time it arrives. We highly recommend enjoying drip coffee brewed with our Single Origin Coffee 3 days after the roast date and 5 days for espresso. For both types, 9 days to 2 weeks is the prime period for optimal flavor.
